Description
A Christmas gift for my dad. He loves the Flash so I drew a couple of villains from the rogues gallery - Captain Cold, Mirror Master and Heat Wave.
Took forever but the colours and costumes were so much fun : )
I got to use my sister's computer for this... SAI and a giant monitor <3 Hopefully I can use it again over the break!
